Order Hangs in Chart and

When I try and switch Order Confirmation off in the OPTIONS, I get an error to send an email. The email does not go and and I get an error message about a non responsive timeout. Order does not get into TWS - all settings are OK. I upgraded to a LIVE license and this is what happened.

Please send an email to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com and include "attn: matthew" and a reference to this thread.

You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.

* The log file will be named ‘log.YYYYMMDD.txt’

You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.

* The trace file will be named ‘trace.YYYYMMDD.txt’
