price updating, but not chart...
I'm using a demo zen-fire data feed, and I can see the price of the E7 (mini euro) and ES updating in the main NT "Orders" tab at the top. But when I open the chart, I see no data at all for E7 and only previous data from last week for ES. I know the markets are going even at 9pm on Sunday EST so what gives? I have the Bar Timer indicator on the chart and for E7 it says at the bottom "Bar timer disabled since either you are disconnected or current time is outside session time or chart end date." Please help! Attaching a chart setup window--please respond ASAP as I need to do some testing this evening before tomorrow morning. Thank you.Tags: None

Just saw the sticky above and emailed support. This is the info included:
My charts, specifically ES and E7 (mini euro), are not updating. Per your sticky instructions:
a) Using default 24/7 session template
b) Local PC clock is accurate
c) Using current release, just downloaded 2 days ago
Info:
a) Using a Mirus demo (uses Zen-Fire) data feed.
b) Price is updating in the "orders" tab of the control center for both ES and E7, and only
in the SuperDOM for ES. I am seeing historical data for ES, but not E7.
c) mentioned already, ES and E7
d-e) Creating a new chart from scratch does not fix the problem.
f) no installed 3rd party
PLEASE help with this ASAP, thanks!!

This is VERY frustrating. I have tried several times to send the log and trace files via the Help menu feedback, but the whole platform crashes, even when I'm not connected to a data server. Can you just give me an email address to send the files to? I'll zip them myself, maybe I won't crash like this buggy program.

Hello
In that case they can be found in your (My) Documents folder at the folders:
1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.YYYYMMDD.txt
2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.YYYYMMDD.txt
(see screenshots for examples)
Just attach these text (.txt) files to your email/response - You can email it to support AT ninjatrader DOT com
Thank you,ChipNinjaTrader Customer Service
