Signal to reverse before scale out complete.

In your scaling out sample, you use two unique entry long orders "lot1", "lot2" and SetProfitTarget"lot1" and SetTrailingStop to catch the remaining lot2 if the profit target is hit or catch both if not.

What would happen if the strategy's entry signal could go long or short and the signal to go short (also lot1 & lot2) occured AFTER lot1 was exited due to profit target but BEFORE the remaining long position, lot2, was exited with trailing stop? Would NT know to close the remaining long lot and enter the two unique short lots?

Hi Bill, yes NT would in this case close the still open 1 long and then sell 2 to arrive at the new needed strategy position.
