No prices for forex

Hi

I'm using the free kinetick EOD connection for forex prices.

It connected successfully. However, when I try to open a chart, there isn't any prices. It's just blank.

Attached is the screen shot of the data series setup, if it is of any use.

My version is 7.0.1000.1

Thank you for your post.

I notice that, in the image you provided, you're loading a chart in a 1 minute interval. Keep in mind that Kinetick's EOD connection offers daily interval data only.

I have the problem but with daily data, here is the screenshot.
It's correct? I am connected to Kinetick, and I need to download EURUSD EOD data.

Thank you for your post.

Please reset your Instruments and then restart NinjaTrader

To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.
