    Quick Question

    Hello.

    I am unsure if this question belongs here, but here goes. Mirus, Zen, NT 7.0.1000.1

    I placed a GTC limit order and then shut my PC down. My order was filled, but my NT console did not display a 'filled' entry upon restart. It read, "Cancelled". My stop was 'cancelled' as well and is not displaying presently.

    Additionally, if I place a GTC order, shut down my PC, go to work, the order is unfilled during the day, and then bootup upon returning home, will NT display my order as 'working'?

    Also, when do the listing 'refresh' on the order tab? I have noticed every so often they will disappear.

    Thank you for your note.

    So that I may investigate these items, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

    In the message, please include the following:
    1.) A link to this forum thread.

    2) Your log files from the dates the orders in question took place.
    Log files will be found in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
    Today's log file will be named 'log.20101230.txt'.

    3.) Order ID number's for the orders you're requesting clarification on.
