License key

I just downloaded NT7 and didn't receive a license key, which I thought would be e-mailed. Could you please help me. Thanks in advance

Thank you for your post and Welcome to our forums!

You should have been emailed a license key automatically after registering. Please check your spam filter settings to ensure the email did not get stuck.

If you cannot locate this license key, please send an email to support [at] ninjatrader [dot] com and ask for a copy of your free simulation license key.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do for you.

Hi Matthew.

I already sent this e-mail to support in the morning, but didn't get the answer. I will contact my administrator to see if some mail got stuck anywhere.
