Historical Data Manager

Hi,
I monitor a portfolio of futures through the Market Analyzer (don't use charts).
At what point the data coming in are saved in the Historical Data Manager?

I run a script on the portfolio and I see printings that I set in the scripts,
but I don't see the data updating on the Historical Data Manager
Do I need to set anyhting on the Data -Options, for the data to get saved?

add any indicator (say like the SMA) in the market analyzer. then the data will be saved without opening the charts.

did that, plus I clicked on "Store data for Market replay" on Data-Options
