Logarithmic scale not working

My chart does not switch to a Logarithmic scale. I right-clicked the right hand scale, click on properties, set type to Logarithmic, click OK. But nothing changes, the scale remains Linear.

I also tested on a chart with no indicators (default template) and it still will not show a Logarithmic scale.

Instrument Name: tested on EURUSD / AUDUSD / GBPUSD
NT Version: 7.0.1000.1

Hello traderji,

It may not be easy to catch the difference between these two scale types with forex, as they trade in such small values. Attached is screenshot with linear scale on the left and logarithmic on the right. Is yours working similar to this?

Hi Ryan,

Yes my charts look very similar to the ones you posted. As far as I can tell changing between Linear and Log scale has zero effect on the right-hand scale. They match each other to the pixel ( I tested this on my screen ). And this is happens regardless of the timeframe in question.

I'll test with stocks charts later.
