Broker disconnect on multiple login

HI,

I occasionally get disconnected on ninja trader when I try to login to zen-fire web trader beta. I have requested a dual login from my broker several months ago and for the most part it does work, as in I can login to zen-fire from ninja and web trader at the same time with out getting disconnected. But occasionally I will connect to web trader while ninja is connected to zen-fire and ninja will disconnect citing a broker enforced disconnection on multiple logins. After the disconnect I reconnect with ninja and both work fine. I can repeat the process and won't get a disconnect. It only happens what seems to be randomly, and then doesn't do it again till maybe the next day. Any idea as to why this is happening?

Unfortunately, I'm not sure why this would be. Both the message and the setting are broker level items, so you'll want to follow up with your broker to see if they can offer any clarification.
