Error when downloading historical tick data

NT7 and MBTrading.

I've successfully downloaded tick data many times. But now I get the error "Error on reloading data: Error (errClientSideConnect) on loading historical data (Panic)".

Right before I started getting this error I had deleted the tick data from the Edit window in the historical data manager. So I assume that may have something to do with it. But how do I fix?

Can you please disconnect/re-connect to MBTrading and check if the error message persists. If so, please try a reboot of your computer as well.

If the issue remains, could you please send me your MBTrading connection so I can test it on my end. Please send it to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com. Put 'Attn Jason' in the subject header and reference this forum thread.
