Error message on connection

    Error message on connection

    Using Zen fire as my provider this is the following error message that I received.

    Login Failed: Please check your account connection parameters and your internet connection
    I do have my computer connected to a router I also disabled the firewall and still got the same message.

    Thank you for your post, and welcome to the NinjaTrader Support Forum.

    Regarding that message it will typically occur when the username and/or password are input incorrectly, or if it is a demo account then the demo account has expired.

    So that we can test this issue can you please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and please let us know the connection information you are using, as well as please reference this forum post.

    With that information we should be able to determine the precise cause of the message, and will look forward to that direct email.
