What is output of the system?

Sorry for a stupid question.
The NinjaTrader's input is market data. The system then performs some actions and decided weather to buy, sell, or nothing, as I understand.
If the system decides to buy what is the output of the system?

I'm not sure that I follow your use of the term output. Are you asking what would happen if running an automated strategy within the NinjaTrader platform?

Yes, I'm asking how the system let us know that we have to issue an order? Does the system have a direct market link and sends a message to the market to enter the order? Of the system just sends an email to an appropriate person, signalling that he has to enter an order somehow?

The NinjaTrader platform sends the trades to the brokerage account you are connected to.
