    Thanks for your post.

    1.) You're running 7.0.0.1, correct? (Help > About)

    2.) Does this occur with any of the templates included by default?

    3.) Please open the Tools > Options > Data tab.
    What merge policy is in place?

      1. running 7.0.1000.1

      2. Default 24/7 and Default 24/5 and other default session templates work fine...as do other custom templates I created....it seems only the one I show above is affected

        Hello ATI user,

        I tested it on my end, however I could not reproduce the issue so far.

        I created a new session template like the one in your screenshot. I left it on Eastern time zone.

        Both 6E 03-11 charts (4 range and 5 range) loaded historical data for 12-17.

        Does the issue persist if you create a brand new 4 range chart after a restart?

        If so, please tell me what time zone is used for the session template and what time zone is used for your PC clock. Let us know to what data feed you connect in NinjaTrader as well.

            ATI User,

            Does the issue persist if you create a brand new 4 range chart after a restart?
            Do you see the same behavior in a new workspace? (File > Workspaces > New Workspace)

              the charts in last post are new...and in the untitled workspace which I always keep empty of all charts

                  same problem with new 4 range with no chart template

                  did a Repair DB and then Reload All Historical Data and that fixed the problem....do not know which one fixed problem...however looks like a corrupt DB with respect to 4 range charts only...for 17th only...strange
