Problems connecting to Yahoo

Hi! I have a problem connecting to Yahoo. In the Ninja trader screen I can see down on the left that I am connected to Yahoo, but when I choose an instrument, say ES 03-11, the price written in Bid and Ask does not change.
It seems that I am not getting the data, because when I open a chart, it is empty... However, if a go to the yahoo finances web I can see the prices changing.

Can anyone help me with this?

Thank you for your post.

With NinjaTrader, Yahoo is a supported provider for historical daily data, and does not provide real-time data through the API in NinjaTrader. More information at:

As a result when you create a chart within NinjaTrader while connected to Yahoo you can view equities end of day data for the previous day, but not any real-time data.

If you refer to the link provided above you can see which providers support real-time data, and for which types of instruments. One particular provider, which is Kinetick, does support real-time equity data with a subscription. More information at: https://www.kinetick.com/purchase.

Additionally, Kinetick does offer an End of Day free feed, that supports futures, forex and equities historical daily data. More information at: http://www.kinetick.com/end-of-day.
