can not connect to Zenfire

I reset the connection
I repaired database
I reboot computer

and connection still failed!!!!!

what else should I do to connect Zenfire

There are no outages that we are aware of. If the issue persists then you will need to remove, repair, and recreate the connection to Zen-Fire:
• Go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections--> highlight the connection--> click Remove
• Then go to the Tools menu--> select Options--> select the Data tab--> click Repair DB
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Go to the Tools menu--> select Account Connections and recreate the account connection.

The servers are not down. If you are unable to access this connection you will need to configure anti-virus software or firewall software that might be blocking this connection.
