Alerts window

Request to look into the possibility of incorporation of:

1) The Alerts window of Market analyzer has the facility to 'Reset' the alerts. By this ALL the displayed alerts are getting reset (removed from the list).

Wish that there is a facility to reset only the 'old' alerts. This may be achieved by adding another right click option 'Old Alerts'.

When the user right clicks and selects 'Old Alerts', ONLY those alerts which are 'older than the selected alert time' are reset. This helps in retaining the 'recent' alerts and viewing an alert by sorting becomes easy and meaningful.

2) The Alert Window is very useful in intraday periods.
The time is displayed in date-time format. This makes reading the HH:MM:SS a bit difficult.

To make the 'Time' more visible and instantaneously readable,
- Only the time may be displayed without the date. or
- The time followed by the date may be displayed. or
- When the alert date is the same as system date only the time may be displayed, otherwise the full date+time.

Further to my earlier post, Wish that there is another right click option to:
'Auto Reset after Minutes <User selected number> .

I also would desire changes to the Alert window.

What I would like to see, is the Alert Window scroll the other way. When the window fills, the most recent alert is pushed out of view. Seems the latest alert should always be in view.

Or another idea might be to have a setting to just display the last x number of alerts. That way i would not have to reset at all.

Would this be similar to the Alert setting to ‘re-arm’ after “x” seconds? Or are you wanting to input the minute value from another aspect of the alert interface?

In the Alerts window: Can you double click on the Time column to reverse the order or the scrolling alters?

For showing just the ‘x’-number of alerts, you can manually resize the alerts window so that only the desired number of alerts would be visible.
