Problems Plotting Kinetick Data

Hello. I tried plotting a monthly chart of the ^NYA but it would not plot. I get the error message on the attached chart. Thanks for any help.

Thank you for your post.

NinjaTrader uses a master instrument for most symbols. The NYA instrument is already configured. For plotting a chart of this instrument you can do the following:
1. From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Tools > Instrument Manager
2. Type NYA in the “Name” filed
3. Click the “Search” button
4. Highlight the instrument and single left-click the “Edit” button
5. Click the Misc tab
6. Input ^NYA in the symbol mapping field for Yahoo (assuming a Yahoo data connection)
7. Click “OK” twice
8. Highlight this symbol & then click the left arrow to add to your ‘default’ symbol list.

You will now be able to select this NYA instrument from the drop-down menu within the NinjaTrader chart.
