Kinetick Data Feed Lagging

Noticing on TF 03-11 that the current bar time is lagging the computer clocks by the order of mins - I have to use CTRL+SHIFT + R to refresh but it then lags again. The Bar range does not look right either?

I am using a KINETICK data feed with Ninja

Anybody experience this and what is the solution?

1.) Which build of NT 7 are you using? (7.0.X.X)
To check, click Help > About.

2.) Is TF the only instrument which is effected?

3.) Do you receive real-time data in the Orders tab of the Control Center or in the SuperDOM.

4.) Per the range of the chart, can you post an image?
To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach to your next reply to this forum thread.

No all futures and indices are delayed/erratic - TF, FESX etc are affected

3.) Do you receive real-time data in the Orders tab of the Control Center or in the SuperDOM.

Yes for currencies...no for all futures/indices: - I have compared with colleagues working beside me using the same Ninja/Kinetrick configuration
