Charts not updating

I downloaded NT7 earlier today and used it with no problem. Now I notice that the charts haven't updated since 3:00 pm. The DOM shows the correct price but the charts are frozen. What to do?

I downloaded NT7 earlier today and used it with no problem. Now I notice that the charts haven't updated since 3:00 pm. The DOM shows the correct price but the charts are frozen. What to do?

Check the data series box and the "session template" setting. You can use "<use instrument settings>" (which pulls the setting from however you have it defined in the instrument manager) or you can choose the template that you want to use. e.g. for ES, CME US Index Futures.
