Charts gone

Dear Sirs
I have just gone over to nt7 from nt6.5.Heres the problem at the end of the trading day I disconnect from my patsystem,exit,yes to all.
When I open nt7 again all my charts are blank all the days bars that where generated have disappeared so everday I have to wait to generate my charts and when i close nt7 it disappears whats the problem .

Thank you for your post.

Regarding the data can you please go to Tools-->Options-->Data and please enable the Save Chart Data as Historical if it is not already enabled.

If it is already enabled can you please send an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and please attach your log and trace files.
Trace files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Trace-> trace.2010xxxx.txt
Log files will be located by going to My Documents->NinjaTrader 7->Log->log.2010xxxx.txt

Also, please reference this forum post when sending that email.
