I'm sure you must get tired of hearing this. I have tried your suggestions but my charts still give me different pivot points in different time frames. Is there anything that can be done to remedy this situation?

Different Pivot values indicate different data sets are used to calculate the Pivots. Please ensure both charts use the same data set to calculate Pivot values.
You can also manually enter 'User defined values' for HLC. Enter the same HLCvalues in both charts and Pivot values should be the same.
