scanning for stocks

can i run scans on the ninjatrader connecting to Kinetick for stocks. For eg. list of stocks where the price is greater than 30 days high.

Hi,

Is that possible to filter stocks which are in 1 ATR( average true range). I use Keltner Channel.

Hello Tomas,

Yes, you would apply a filter condition on an Indicator column for the ATR indicator. You would select 'is not equal' as Condition and enter a Value of 1.

Or can I set as condition filter "hide row if greater than 1" and another filter "hide row if less than 1"
will it work or should i set "is not equal"?

Hello Tomas,

The two conditions will not work, because they function independent. One filter will show all rows with values lower than 1, the other filter the opposite.

You will need to use 'is not equal' to only have rows displayed where ATR is 1.

Support for stocks was widespread such that as much as 90% of the issues in the S&P 500 closed higher. On the sectoral front, Materials stocks and financial stocks were among the best performers for the second straight session; they climbed 2.8% and 2.2%, respectively.

Hi Jason,

You are not saying here that the MA can scan Kinetics entire database are you? You would still have to independently add stocks/instrument list to the MA correct?

Hello R.T.,

Yes, you will need to manually add instruments or instrument lists in the Market Analyzer. If you subsequently save the workspace that contains the Market Analyzer, the added instruments will be saved.
