nt7 wont load

I am running NT 6.5 and Zen fire just fine. I installed NT7 and i have 2 icons on my PC which is running Win 7 with 4gb ram. 1 icon is labeled ninjatrader 7 the other is labeled ninjatrader 7 64bit regardless of which one i tyry to load, the computer locks up and io have to reboot. Any ideas what may be the cause?

Please send your Log & Trace files for the date this occurred.

From the NinjaTrader Control Center go to Help > Email to Support
Make sure to check the box by “Log & Trace file”

cant locate log and trace file

when i go to send an email it opens up MS word automaticvally and i have no idea where the log and trace files are located. Sorry, can you point me to where they are?

In this case, just isolate the individual Log & Trace files for the last day your experienced this issue.

You can find these in you My Documents folder in the folders: (see screenshots)

1. NinjaTrader 7 > Trace > trace.2010MMDD.txt

2. NinjaTrader 7 > Log > log.2010MMDD.txt

(see screenshots for examples)

Just attach the two text files to you email & send it to support AT ninjatrader DOT com

Once we receive them we will evaluate & try to understand what might be going on.
