Very strange bars

hi there,

i was wondering about the bars i get on my chart. Does anyone knows how to solve the problem? The cme data for the close doesnt suit with the chart.
Same problem with the Fdax --> Strange bars
There must be something wrong i think

Please clarify the following:

• What is the exact version # of NinjaTrader 7 are you running? This can be found under Help > About…
• What data provider are you trying to connect to?
• Does this same thing occur for any other Tick-based interval; e.g. Range, Tick, etc?

its version 7010001. didnt tried that out with tick and range bars.
is it possible that it has something to do with the next months future? had this problem only when watching at the following month --> Fdax 03-11. Fdax 12-10 was alright. Same with cl.
data provider is zen fire.

Please go to Tools-->Instrument Manager-->Select FDAX within the Available master instrument list-->Edit-->Merge Policy-->Set to "DoNotMerge"-->Click Ok. Go to your FDAX 03-11 chart-->Right mouse click and select "Reload all historical data".

Please let me know if the issue persists after this procedure.

today the fdax is fine. but after doing what you said cl still has the large candle in the chart.
