Cannot install NT7

Hi,
I made a mistake and deleted NT7 from my computer. I don't see it installed in control panel > add/remove programs.
Now when I try to install it I get an error message "Another version of this product is already installed...."
What can I do?

I run registry repair and it didn't solve the problem.
