I routinely have NT crash during optimizations. Here is a windows dump:

I was not actively using the system other than the optimization. I had several charts with strategies open.

Can you please send a note via Help->Mail To Support in NinjaTrader so that I can look into this further. Please reference this forum post and include your log and trace files so that I can look further into this.
