Real Time chart europe stock with eSignal

Europe Xetra stocks with esignal data real time
please, i connect on real time with eSignal data but ninja no charge last candle on real time.

Hello akka1970,

Can you please select the same instrument in the Control Center-->Orders-tab. Do you receive real-time data?

If so, can you please right click in the chart and select 'Data Series'. Likely, 'Session template' is set to <Use instrument settings>.

Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highight the instrument in question and click Edit. You can now view what session template is used.

Subsequently go to Control Center-->Tools-->Session Manager. You can now see what times are used by the session template. Likely, it excludes the time you checked the chart.

If you select the 'Default 24/7' session template in the Data Series menu, it does not exclude time and you will receive real-time if provided.

If you do not receive any real-time at all, please check the Control Center-->Log-tab for any error messages and tell me what they state.

now the problem is i think only with stocks Europe
daily and weekly chart charge data but no real time and if change time frame on 15min
chart is blank the no problem for stocks US

Could it be your eSignal subscription does not include intra day data for stocks outside the US?

yes eSignal is Sub for real time data outside US i change from eSignal chart on timeframe 15 and i see charts.

Can you please check what exchanges you have enabled for the CONT stock.

Please go to Control Center-->Tools-->Instrument Manager, highlight the CONT stock and click Edit. Make sure the 'Default' exchange is enabled as well as the Xetra exchange.

Subsequently add the CONT to an instrument list and check if you receive real-time data if you select the CONT from the instrument list.

Do you receive data if you try a different stock than CONT?

I searched for more information on the web about this stock, but so far I could not find anything. Do you perhaps have a link for this stock?

i try con IB connect xetra and is ok real time but broker is little historical data with esignal big historical data ok i send user and pass by email ...
indifferent symbol con-xet is ok or lha-xet or skyd-xet

I tested your eSignal connection and I was able to receive real-time data for the CON stock traded on Xetra (see screenshot).

Please enter CON-XET next to eSignal under the Misc-tab of the Instrument Editor window. Perform the same for the other stocks, so enter LHA-XET and SKYD-XET.

Subsequently check if you receive data.
