YM data missing on Zenfire and NT 6.5.1000.19

    YM data missing on Zenfire and NT 6.5.1000.19

    My YM charts update only when connected to Mirus, reloading historical data won't help, the chart still has gaps. Strangely ES, TF and NQ backfill works fine.

    Thanks in advance for any hints how to solve that,

    Thank you for your post.

    Could you provide me with an image of your chart?
    To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file to your next reply to this thread.

      Kyle, this is my YM0311 chart, I was not connected during whole session. Please also note I am in GMT + 1 time zone.

        Hello emock,

        Thanks for providing that image.

        Please delete all historical data for YM 03-11 by following the steps listed here: http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/H...V6/Delete.html

        After deleting the data, restart NinjaTrader, reconnect and reload the data from the server.

          Kyle, only 3 days of data loaded and still data is missing for periods when I disconnect.

            Hi emock,

            For the YM contract can you please go to Tools-->Instrument Manager and then find the YM contract. Then please highlight it and then select Delete.

            After removing the instrument from the database please repair the NinjaTrader database. Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.
            • Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
            • From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
            • Select the "Misc" tab
            • Press the "Repair DB" button
            • Press the "OK" button


            Then please from the same Tools-->Options-->Misc tab Reset the Instruments to add back that previously deleted YM contract.

            Then please close NinjaTrader and sync your PC clock, and recreate a YM 03-11 chart upon re-opening. You can sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab and then click Update. Your PC clock should now be updated.
