zenfire problem

i am having problem connecting to zenfire data feed .after i click connection- data provider name ,ninjatrader hangs and stops working.Has otherwise worked always ,problem since this morning.Is anybody facing same problem??

What version are you using? V6.5.1000.19 or V7.0.1000.1? You can check under Help--> About.

In addition, can you send a note from within the software under Help--> Mail to support. Check mark Log and Traces and put in the subject 'For Vince' and refer to this post. We'll then have someone investigate.

Should you have any other relevant information as well, please include too.
