Need Little Help with an expert

Hi, I am a customer of Mirus futures and use the free version of NT. I would like to ask if I can use an automated expert with the free version, and if I do, can somebody help me with writing one?

It is very simple, it has to monitor my trade after/if a position is opened (I use a semi-automated trading system for entering my trades) and if it is not closed automaticaly within 10 seconds, then just to close it and cancel all pending orders.
