    Error message after Installing NT7 New release with bug

    Hi,

    I upgraded my NT7 to the newest release and when I try to compile on of my custom indicator I get the following error:
    Metadata file 'E:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 7\bin\NinjaTrader.Core.dll' could not be found CS0006 - click for info
    I uninstall NT7 and reinstall but the problem remains.

    Please assist.

    freewind, please readd your System.Core dll reference then fresh to the list of reference as shown here - http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/h...indicators.htm

    Then recompile and see if you're good then.

        please let me know how to readd System.Core dll to reference. I am am facing this error now.

          Hello mike83,

          Thank you for your note.

          I would suggest shutting down NinjaTrader, then going to My Docs>NinjaTrader 7 folder and right clicking on the config.xml file > Open With Notepad.

          When the file opens, you could add the following line under references, about 10 lines down in the config file.

          <string>System.Core.dll</string>

          Save the file and relaunch NinjaTrader. You may need to open a NS editor, open any file, right click in the file>compile.
