Missing EUREX Data

Hello,

i can't get the FDAX data from EUREX (over zen-fire) for last friday.
It's in a 5 min chart and i have already tried to change the timeframe and reload the data, but it doesn't work.

Same here on FGBL,FESX.

Guys I know this is a known issue, is there no way to let your work around run more frequently than every 4 hours so that we don't have to wait until 12:00 to reload and get Fridays data? At the moment we have to sit waiting for 4 hours from session start with incorrect charts on Eurex instruments.

Can't work without the data from day before. It would be appreciated if this issue could be solved.

Guys, unfortunately this is a known issue currently - a reload of the data after the routine maintenance done should resolve the gaps seen. That being said, I'll forward your feedback to development.

CQG FGBL late data

Has anyone else also noticed on CQG that the DOM starts getting FGBL data at around 08:01 CET? We all know the EUREX FGBL starts at 08:00 CET so I am wondering why there is this delay?

As far as I know, there's no delay everington_f, this would be normal for the interest rate derivatives on Eurex, I see the first tick here for example across feeds at 8:01:24 today.

I would then suggest to review past days to see when you can expect the first tick to be in on average.
