2 FX charts not updating

Hi, am running NT 6.5 (latest v19-it happened with v18 too), connected to Gain for FXdata. All my charts are updating OK apart from two, the same two, across all time frames, and also if I try to open a new chart on those pairs
Any idea?

gretrader, which exact FX instruments would not update for you? Have you checked with Gain if those are enabled for your account to get the data properly?

the are GBPCHF and EURAUD. I used to have them before and if I click on reload historical data I can have them updated to that point, but then they just stop.
I was not aware there may be limitations as to which pairs Gain alllows??

While I was waiting for your reply I have finally managed to talk to Forex.com. For what it is worth they say they have no limitation whatsoever.
So any idea?

I would then try resetting your instruments under Tools > Options > Misc and restarting NT fresh - the connect to your Gain / Forex.com connection and check the data you receive directly in the Control Center, any change?

Done it, still not updating. Done repair database, still do not work.
I noticed that these are the only two pairs that do not display the tenth pip. So I changed into half pip in the misc data option, but still they do not update.
