Unable to login, error 7

[Novicetrader]

I tried to connect today and got this following messag:

Login failed: Unable to login, error 7: Invalid login, user already logged in

Last day was still working fine but it's not today. What I am worry is the part says user already logged, is there a way to check if I was logged?

I usually close the application without disconnecting, could it be the problem?

Thank you for your post.

This usually happens when NinjaTrader got not disconnected the normal way. What you need to do is to contact your broker and have them reset your account. Then restart NinjaTrader and log back in.
