No Depth Of Market On Dom For Replay data

I have been trying for couple weeks to get my replay data to work right, But i cant seem to get the level 2 like i am supposed to.

Here is what my dome looks like, I just get Last even tho i have downloaded level 2 data. And Yes i have tried downloading different days etc over the course of two weeks.

I am using the newest ninja 7 release, (on a side note i have to admit everything has been great till this problem)



if i go into the dom and turn off market depth I get 1 level, but its not where it should be



Let me know what i can do to be of further assistance

I also have nothing in my error log

Please send your Log & Trace files for the most recent data of this occurrence. We will need to look for what may have taken place that could have lead to this issue.

You can send them through the NinjaTrader platform by going to Help > Mail to Support…
