help me understand the Position object

Hello,

I am trying to code a trading robot in ninjascript instead of using NTDLL with eSignal EFS. Can someone help me understand the Position object? In case of a strategy instance is running on one instrument, is it the net position ( number of contracts ) of the primary instrument? What if two strategy instances trade on same instrument at the same time? Would they be aware of the position taken by each other?

Thanks for your forum post.

If this is a single strategy that is a multi instrument strategy you would need to use the below.

Positions instead of Position

Position only outputs the current strategy position and is not aware of the account position or other strategies positions. Just its own strategy position.
