Can't access accounts

Could you please help me?

I can’t seem to access any accounts other than the Simulation account. I can’t select any from the drop down on the Orders tab nor can I select any from strategy configuration window.

Why is this?

I have a full multi-broker licence.

Hello drolles,

Can you please check if 'Global Simulation Mode' is enabled. Please go to Control Center-->File and uncheck Global Simulation Mode if checked. Subsequently you should be able to select your live account you are connected to in NinjaTrader.
