    Thx!

Do you have ES 06-11 available from the drop down menu? If not please add ES 06-11 to your Default instrument list then let me know if you have access to this instrument from the Instrument drop down menu within your chart.

Hi Chris, I added 6-11 to my default and it is now available fr the drop down menu on my chart. However, all my drawing objects are gone. I have many many trendlines on 3-11. Is there a way to roll over the trendline as well?

      Tx!

My previous post was incorrect regarding drawing objects. Yes within your existing ES 03-11 chart when you select ES 06-11 from the drop down menu all drawing objects will be displayed within the window however they may not line up perfectly due to the new price offset for the merge.

I have four charts of the 6E instrument, the Daily & 500 vol charts showing data correctly but the 15 min & 2 min are missing yesterday entire day's data! What is going on?

I have tested this on my end and receive data successfully. Can you please right mouse click within your chart-->Data Series-->Session Template-->Set to "Default 24/7"--> Click Ok.

Please let me know if you then see data for yesterday.

              Chris,
The 24/7 settings brings back the data but why is the '<use instrument settings>' nor the "CME FX Futures RTH' not show yesterday's data on the 2 & 15 min charts? That was my original query.

This should be corrected once the Exchange opens at 8:30 AM CST due to the RTH template being used. Once this template time has been triggered after 8:30 AM CST please right mouse click within your chart and select "Reload all historical data".

I really believe there is a persistent issue with the charts - on loading he charts after the Friday's close, I see all data but Mar 10 is missing! I mean before rollover I never had these missing data issues, and the templates worked as expected. Now not even the templates act consistently. Is this a database issue? Please advice.

Can you please go to Tools-->Instrument Manager-->Select 6E-->Edit-->Definitions tab-->Merge Policy-->Set to "MergeBackAdjusted"-->Click Ok. Next please right mouse click within your 6E chart and select Reload all historical data.

If you are comparing the two chart seperately this can be expected since these are two seperate instruments that are traded and will not have the same price value.

This can be expected due to the merge and the offset used when the data is merged. I have tested this on my end and receive the same price 1.3733.
