MACD w/ colored price bars

Can someone help me create and insert the code for this condition?

IF MACD signal is > MACD average, AND MACD average is > 0, color price bar green

IF MACD signal is < MACD average, AND MACD average is < 0, color price bar red

else color price bar gray
