    Problem loading data on chart

    Hi,

I'm loading Future contracts of QM 12-10 end ES 12-10 from IQFeed.
For a year back but the chart is not loading correctly, picture attached.

    I'm using NT7 RC1.
    What can I do?

    Thanks.

    Hello freewind,

    Thank you for your post.

    Please take the following steps:
Please right click in your chart and select Data Series.
In the Data Series menu, set the "Session Template" property to "Default 24/7", then click OK.

Finally, right click in the chart and Reload All Historical Data.

      Hi Kyle,

      This not solve the problem.
The distorted data is few month back, about 5 month back the data begin to be distorted.
I didn't have this problem in the past!

Any more ideas on what can I do?

        freewind,

Do you receive any errors in the Log tab of the Control Center?

A year worth of minute data is a huge amount of data to be loading - this is likely the source of the issue. Perhaps scaling the data request back would yield better results.

I see only this message, I'm not sure if it related
invalid timestamp on news item '21145958490': Index and length must refer to a location within the string.
          Parameter name: length

            freewind,

This shouldn't effect loading chart data.

Any luck with a smaller date range?

Yes, when the time range is small less the 4 month everything is ok but when I want to load a year back I get the distorted data.
I tried also to delete the data from the 'Data Manager' and reload it but it didn't help.
              Any suggestion?

                freewind,

You'll need to load your data in smaller increments.

Can you tell me what you're trying to accomplish with the full year of data?

Do you think I need to contact IQFeed for a ceck of the problem?
Do I need to use a different future then the QM 12-10, ES 12-10 move to the next expiration?

                    freewind,

No - as I mentioned, you simply need to load less data at a time.

Is there any reason you need a full year of minute data?
