Installing NT7.23R1

Hi,

I'm trying to install NT7.23R1 from NT7.23. I chose Repair (not sure if this is the correct one ) instead of Remove and got the following error message:

A network error occurred while attempting to read from file C:\Documents and Settings\MyName\My Documents\tmp61.tmp

This installation process seems to be quite different from the previous one and I don't see any installation guidelines.

Do you currently have an older version of NinjaTrader 7 installed?

If so please follow the steps listed below to uninstall and reinstall NinjaTrader:

• Close all running applications.
• Then from the Start menu select --> Control Panel --> Add and Remove Programs.
• From Add and Remove Programs select NinjaTrader 7 and click Remove.
• Then you will need to clear your internet browser cache and history. You will clear this from within your internet browser (with IE, Tools-->Options, delete cookies and files, clear history).
• Reboot your machine.
• Once these steps are completed, download NT7 from the link below:

Please let us know if you are able to get up and running after the reinstall.
