Connection problem NT7

Hi, excuse me for the kicks of language,
I have a problem connecting to data provider NT7 as zenfire or IB, when the program starts the first thing I see is a picture with "failed to verify license" and below to check my firewall and my Internet connection. Internet is ok and both antivirus and firewall do not block the ninja, I have off, I reinstalled the ninja but I still gives the same error, have if you can help me, I attach the error.

Welcome to our forums hg_80 - if you're internet is generally ok and firewall rules down to a minimum then it could be your ISP has issues in one of his backbones connecting you to our license servers, can you perhaps try on another connection as well?

In case you connect through a router to the Internet, please try connecting straight to the modem as well.
