NinjaTrader Trading Technologies Connection Guide Missing

The page about the "NinjaTrader Trading Technologies Connection Guide" is missing.

I found a cached page and I found this:

Important: OCO (one cancels other) orders for Trading Technologies are locally simulated on your PC. This means that NinjaTrader must be connected to your broker in order for the OCO capability to function. If you are disconnected and one of the OCO orders are filled, the other WILL NOT be cancelled.

This concerns me. Yesterday my internet went out and my targets filled normally. I'm not sure I want to trade without OCO on the server. Any update on this? Is it still the case?

As the guide states OCO is locally simulated on your PC for TT, so you're targets were working at your broker / exchange yesterday and if there's no connection / feedback NT could then not cancel your stops accordingly.
