upgration expenses

Hello,

I am impressed with the NinjaTrader platform and have some questions.

1. If I buy your software by one time payment, is it free for future version updates for life?

2. If I want to upgrade from one-broker to multi-broker version, do I need to pay 1495, or 500 (1495-995)?

3. After I purchase your software and complete payment, do I have a username or account number to download and login the software?
And at the time of upgration, what information do I have to provide?

RS: Yes, the lifetime license for NinjaTrader is the best value and you receive unlimited use and support for life as well as all future upgrades!

2. If I want to upgrade from one-broker to multi-broker version, do I need to pay 1495, or 500 (1495-995)?

RS: Your understanding is correct, you only have to pay the difference in cost which is $500.

3. After I purchase your software and complete payment, do I have a username or account number to download and login the software?

RS: Once the purchase is made, you will receive your live trading license key via email. Purchases can be made at www.ninjatrader.com by credit card or Paypal account.

You will need to receive your username and account connection information from your broker. Please make sure to contact your broker and verify they are supported by NinajTrader. If you do not have a NinjaTrader supported broker and would like more details, please contact me at sales @ ninjatrader dot com and reference this post.
