60 min MACD not displaying?

By the same setting, I can get the MACD diagram of 1, 15, 30 min, daily, etc... But 60min one is not working... Anyone encountered the same problem? Is there some problem on data setting? Thanks if anyone could help.

So that I may better advise, can you provide me with an image of your 60 minute chart with MACD applied?

To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CRTL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and attach the file to your next forum reply.

Hi, I tried ES and it is okay. And I tried again on Hong Kong stock (which I am focusing on) but still it doesn't work. I guess it may be problem with the session template or numbers of bar backfilled? Thanks a lot for your help.

As best I can tell, this relates to the amount of historical data that is loading in your chart. Is it possible to load any additional historical data for this instrument?

At last I figure out that this can be solved by increasing the amount of day backfilled. The problem in fact arises from my data provider Thanks you very much for help anyway. I really appreciate the efficiency of NT customer service
