Can't get data on 6B future

I'm being told that that data is not currently available through my data provider (Zen-Fire). However, I'm able to get other currency futures through them, although still having problems with Yen (but that, apparently, is a whole different issue). I'm using 6.5. Tried Version 7 but had too many problems with it. Am frustrated that I'm not able to trade certain instruments due to the limitations of the software and server.

Am also getting different data on my charts for 6E. Volume chart has high of 1.3117, which correlates with TOS charts, while minute charts are showing a high of 1.3107. Needless to say this inconsistency of data is troubling and problematic. Is there a problem with the Zen-Fire server right now?

The 6B instrument should be available with Zen-Fire. When I test it on my end I receive data as well.

I tested both a minute and tick chart for the 6E instrument, however both display a High of 1.3117.

The High occurred about an hour ago and currently the 6E is traded close to the High.

Could it be you check the tick and TOS charts before the High occurred?
