Problem with connection to PFG account...

Hello,

I am using Ninja Trader 6.5 with PFG data feed. Now I have opened Simulated account with PFG and tried to connect it with Ninja Trader according to instructions which I received from PFG Customer service. And this is problem.

I created successfully External Data feed account connection according to instructions from my Broker but I cannot trade with PFG simulated account The only account I can trade with is Sim101. There aren't any problem with receiving data from PFG data but it is not possible to trade with PFG simulated account. I tried to switch off the Sim101 account but was not successful.

Please can you tell me, how I should activate and trade my PFG account via Ninja trader ?

Hello Brumlazevcelina,

Can you please tell me what kind of license you have entered at Control Center-->Help-->License Key.

Likely you have the free NinjaTrader license which starts with '@SIM'. This license key is limited to trade the NinjaTrader sim101 account. If you like to trade an external account whether it is a demo or live account, you will need to purchase a live license with us.

If you have a live license key entered, please go to Control Center-->File and uncheck 'Global Simulation Mode'. You should now be able to select the PFG account.
