multiple orders in static dome disappearing

I am having trouble with the static dome,
where I load up more than two levels of resting orders at lower buy prices waiting for them to be hit on a retrace, and when the first one is hit, all the others are removed, cancelled, disappear.

I don't know and can't find (doing searches in the threads) what option in the properties is active and perhaps should be unchecked to prevent this premature cancellation from happening.

Hello Trader_Sam,

I suspect you have 'OCO order' enabled in the SuperDOM. If enabled, all orders you submit are part of the same OCO group. If one order is filled or cancelled, all other orders will be cancelled.

Can you please right click in the SuperDOM and check if 'OCO order' is enabled (checkmark). If so, please click it once so it is not enabled anymore (no checkmark).
Subsequently submit your orders and let me know if the issue persists.
