not getting TF data

im getting the other contracts but not TF. Just says n/a. using TT through velocity

Can you tell me the following:

- Are you receiving data though the SuperDOM or a Chart with the TF instrument?
- Could you check the Symbol map for this instrument?

• Tools -> Instrument Manager
• Type TF under name and press 'Search' -> Edit -> Misc Tab
• Scroll to the 'Symbol map' section and to the Trading Technologies field
• Do you have R2000 Ind Mini|||W|1 in 6.5? or R2000 Ind Mini||ICE_IPE in NT 7?
• If you are using 6.5 can you also list which Exchanges are checked on the 'Definition' tab?

- Is there an error message listed in the log tab of the control center?

- What version are you using? V6.5.1000.18 or V7 RC1 23? You can check under Help -> About
