Chart not updating with price

I have been evaluating Ninjatrader through a sim account as a new platform to conduct my trading. However, for some reason charts do not automatically update themselves in real time. The DOM screen works fine, but when I want to use chart trader price doesn't move. This has been happening during regular trading hours and has been very frustrating. My data feed is Zenfire.

Inimical, welcome to our forums - which exact NT version are you using if you check under Help > About?

For which symbols do you see this happening?

If you see any errors listed in your log tab of the Control Center, please post them in reply.

I am using NT v7.0.023.

I trade the ES but I have tried it for other instruments and I have the same problem.

I do not see any errors in the log.

Should I rollback to a different version and try it? If so, can you provide me with a dl link?

Ok, thanks for the info - which session templates are you using to create your charts? Per default NT7 uses the cash / RTH hours of the symbols for the sessions - please try switching for example to the ETH named ones or the Default 24 / 7 to see all available data including the electronic hours (press Ctrl F on the charts to change it in the dialog).
